World-building

I strive to increase children’s exposure to animals & plants in the natural world –
encouraging respect for biodiversity and love for the aliveness of nature.

My own homes have varied – ten US states and Australia
collective, family, alone in room, apartment, house
urban, suburban, semi-rural, rural and tenting in campgrounds.

My travels have brought me to learn from others, including immersion on Yolngu sacred land in Australia, and with Buryat natives in the Lake Baikal region of Siberia.

I now sense the different voices, tones, smells, sounds, pace and emotion of each experiential memory.
